CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Last Updated: October 14, 2026

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to services provided by Online Image Protect (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to individuals, professionals, and businesses (“Client” or “you”).

By purchasing our services or entering into a written service agreement, you acknowledge that you have been informed of this Policy and agree to its terms, subject to applicable law and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Scope of Services

Online Image Protect provides online reputation management services, which may include:

  • Online Reputation Management (ORM)
  • Negative Search Result Suppression
  • Content Removal Assistance
  • Online Review Management
  • Personal and Business Reputation Management
  • SEO and Reputation-Focused Content Development
  • Reputation Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting

The specific services, fees, billing arrangements, expected deliverables, and applicable timelines will be communicated to the Client before the engagement begins.

Cancellation at Any Time

Clients may request cancellation at any time by notifying Online Image Protect in writing through the contact details provided on our website or through their established project communication channel.

No minimum cancellation notice period is required under this Policy unless a different arrangement has been expressly agreed upon in writing or is required by applicable law.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically entitle the Client to a refund. Refund eligibility depends on whether work has commenced, the services already performed, the applicable service agreement, and applicable law.

For recurring or monthly services, cancellation requests will be used to stop future renewals or billing in accordance with the agreed billing arrangement and applicable law. Any payment obligations already incurred will be handled under the applicable agreement.

Refund Eligibility Before Work Commences

If a Client cancels before any work on the agreed services has commenced, the Client may be eligible for a refund of the payment made for the unstarted services.

Refund eligibility will be assessed against the agreed scope of work, any services already provided, any applicable contractual terms, and applicable law.

Non-Refundable Payments After Work Commences

Once work has commenced on a Client’s project, payments are generally non-refundable for the services being performed.

Online reputation management involves professional time, expertise, research, analysis, planning, and execution. Work may begin before a final report, publication, milestone, or visible search-result change is delivered.

Accordingly, a Client’s decision to cancel, change their mind, discontinue the engagement, or become dissatisfied with the time required to achieve results does not, by itself, entitle the Client to a refund for work already performed, subject to applicable law and the written service agreement.

This provision is intended to reflect the professional work and resources committed to the Client’s project, not to exclude any refund rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Definition of Work Commencement

For purposes of this Policy, work is considered to have commenced when Online Image Protect begins performing substantive, project-specific activities within the agreed scope of services.

Depending on the engagement, these activities may include:

  • Reviewing the Client’s reputation concerns and supplied URLs.
  • Researching search results, online reviews, and relevant websites.
  • Conducting reputation analysis or an initial assessment.
  • Developing a tailored strategy or action plan.
  • Preparing, writing, or optimizing content.
  • Performing agreed SEO or online reputation management activities.
  • Configuring or managing agreed project resources.
  • Monitoring results, preparing progress updates, or performing other agreed tasks.

A final report, completed milestone, published article, or achieved ranking is not required for work to be considered commenced.

Internal administrative actions alone, such as receiving payment or creating an invoice, do not by themselves establish that substantive project work has commenced.

Monthly and Recurring Services

Where services are provided on a monthly or recurring basis, the applicable billing amount, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be communicated to the Client before payment or enrollment.

Clients may request cancellation at any time. Cancellation will prevent future renewals or charges in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.

If substantive work has commenced during a paid service period, the payment for that period is generally non-refundable. Cancellation does not automatically reverse payment obligations for services already performed or amounts already properly due.

Any refund entitlement for unused services, unperformed work, or future billing periods will be assessed under the written agreement and applicable law.

No Guarantee of Specific Results

Online reputation management outcomes may depend on search engine algorithms, publisher decisions, third-party website policies, online review platforms, and other factors outside our direct control.

Unless expressly agreed in writing and within our control, Online Image Protect does not guarantee:

  • A specific search engine ranking.
  • Removal of a particular URL or publication.
  • Removal of a particular online review.
  • A guaranteed suppression outcome.
  • Completion of a project within a guaranteed timeframe.

Failure to achieve a particular ranking, removal, or suppression result does not, by itself, entitle a Client to a refund for work already performed, subject to applicable law and the agreed scope of services.

Client Responsibilities and Project Delays

Clients are expected to provide accurate information, necessary approvals, and reasonably requested materials relevant to the agreed services.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, unavailable account access, or other Client-related dependencies may affect project timelines.

Such delays do not automatically entitle the Client to a refund for work already performed. Any material change in scope, timeline, or deliverables will be communicated to the Client where appropriate.

Refund Requests and Dispute Resolution

Clients may submit refund requests or raise concerns about services, invoices, or deliverables through the contact details provided on our website.

We will review the relevant service agreement, payment records, work performed, and the circumstances of the request. Where appropriate, we will communicate with the Client to clarify the matter and discuss a reasonable resolution.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal requirements and payment provider or banking processing times.

Nothing in this Policy prevents a Client from exercising applicable legal rights or submitting a legitimate payment dispute through the relevant payment provider.

Promotional and Special-Pricing Services

Promotional offers, discounted packages, and specially priced engagements are subject to the terms disclosed to the Client before purchase.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the general provisions of this Policy apply, subject to applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

Online Image Protect may update this Policy from time to time. The revised version will be published on our website with an updated effective date.

Changes will apply subject to applicable law and any contractual commitments already made to the Client.
